We typically work with plots above 4 katha in approved residential or commercial zones, but every site is evaluated on merit.
How is the owner's share decided?+
It depends on location, road width and FAR. We share comparable references and our reasoning before any document is signed.
Will I have a say in the design?+
Yes. The concept and floor plans are reviewed with you before approval drawings are submitted.
